Amnesty International
10.00am, 4th Saturday each month, St Cecilia’s Church
A letter writing group within our Parish that is part of a world-wide network of more than one million activists helping to make a difference and change peoples' lives for the better in a real and tangible way.
Caritas
10.00am, 4th Monday each month, St Cecilia’s Church
An offshoot of Mothers’ Union in Australia, Caritas is a group of mothers who offer emotional and spiritual support without judgment or prejudice, providing an opportunity for growth through caring support and personal relationships.
Crèche
9.00am, Sundays, St Cecilia’s Church
A crèche service is run for babies and children to 5 years of age during the 9.00am family service held on Sunday each week.
Parents are welcome to leave their child/ren in the crèche during the service to enable them to worship
Cursillo
10.00am 2nd Saturday monthly, St Cecilia’s Church
Cursillo is a world-wide movement of the Church.
At Cursillo there is an atmosphere of joy, with Eucharists, singing, laughter, tears, times of silence and reflection, talks and discussions, and creative activities interspersed with prayer.
Like a pilgrimage, Cursillo is for the faithful, intended as a means to rejuvenate Christians on their journey.
God’s Club
9.00am, Sundays, St Cecilia’s Church
All 5-11 year olds are welcome to participate in some fun and friendship during the family service on Sunday mornings.
God’s Club children enjoy a story and prayers as well as arts and crafts relating to the weekly readings.
Kids Plus
5.00-7.00pm every 2nd Thursday during school terms, St Cecilia’s Church, $3.00 per child.
Children aged 5-11 can enjoy a special program for them to learn about Jesus, have lots of fun playing games, make a great craft item and share meals together.
Mother’s Union
10.00am 3rd Monday monthly, St Cecilia’s Church
The Mothers’ Union is a worldwide society within the Anglican Church aiming to advance the Christian religion in the sphere of marriage and family life. Members are linked together by prayer, worship and service to others.
Mission Statement ~ “Sharing Christ’s love by encouraging, strengthening and supporting marriage and family life.”
Spiritual Direction
Journey deeper into God with a spiritual companion; someone who will ‘listen to you with the ear of heart’.

St Cecilia’s Church Choir
7.30-9.00pm Thursdays for Rehearsal, St Cecilia’s Church
Lift your voice to the Lord in songs of praise!
The St Cecilia’s Church Choir meet weekly for rehearsal and lead the worship hymns at service, every week between the 7.30am & 9.00am services on Sundays.
TeenScene
6.00-7.30pm every 2nd Thursday during school term, St Cecilia’s Church
Especially for teens aged 12-15, TeenScene kids enjoy food, fun and friendship as well as games and discussion centered around a scripture verse. |
