2013 FEES & CHARGES
An Application for Admission Form must be completed and a non-refundable fee of $75 (including GST) must be paid. This fee is applied to the administration costs associated with enrolments and interviews. Please note that the payment of this fee does not guarantee enrolment.
Confirmation of enrolment is dependent upon an interview at a time and date to be nominated by the School, and upon the payment of an Enrolment Fee. This fee is non-refundable and is to secure your child’s place at the School. This fee is not deducted from the first term’s tuition fees. The Enrolment Fee for the first child is $600, plus $200 for the second child and $150 for the third child enrolled from the same family to a maximum of $950, and is payable at the time a confirmed place is offered.
School Development Fund
All families are required to contribute to the School Development Fund as a condition of entry. This non- voluntary contribution is calculated on the following basis: $250 for the eldest child, and $60 for every other child attending the School in the same calendar year. The Development Fund contribution is an annual contribution charged in full in Term One.
The Principal must be given a full Term’s notice in writing prior to the withdrawal of a student from the School. In default of such notice, a quarter of the annual tuition fee will be charged in lieu of notice.

These forms are available online.
Overdue Accounts & Penalties
All School Fees must be paid within fourteen (14) days of Statement Date after which a ‘late fee’ of $50 will apply.
A further $50 per month penalty fee will be billed to outstanding accounts on a monthly basis while the account remains in arrears unless alternative arrangements have been made.
As per the School’s Debtors Policy; If an account is $750 or more overdue, action will be put in place for immediate repayment. Should the account reach $1500 and the parent(s) are not seen to be making a concerted effort to clear the debt, the child/children may be requested to leave the School and the matter placed in the hands of our Solicitors to recover the outstanding fees including costs. The School reserves the right to refuse a student to begin a new term without first obtaining the written consent of the Principal of the School, unless the previous Term’s fees, levies and charges are paid in full, or a formal arrangement acceptable to the School has been made with the Principal.
Students may be invited to take part in Trips which are extra curricular in nature being both educational and recreational. For those students who wish to participate in these Trips, there is a significant financial cost to the families involved over and above their normal School Fees. In order for a student to be able to attend an extra curricular activity, their School account will need to be fully up to date or a suitable payment plan in place.
A reduction of 10% of the Tuition Fee is made for the second student member of the family attending the School, and 20% for each subsequent student of the family, attending the School in the same calendar year. The concession is system-generated in a chronological order using the children’s ages.
