Co-Curricular Activities
It is compulsory for students in Years 3-9 to participate in Co-Curricular activities organised by the School or community groups. Some of these School activities may involve a cost which will be billed to student accounts, subject to parent and student choice. Details are advised on student forms each term. These forms are available online.
Overdue Accounts & Penalties
All School Fees must be paid within fourteen (14) days of Statement Date after which a ‘late fee’ of $50 will apply.
A further $50 per month penalty fee will be billed to outstanding accounts on a monthly basis while the account remains in arrears unless alternative arrangements have been made.
As per the School’s Debtors Policy; If an account is $750 or more overdue, action will be put in place for immediate repayment. Should the account reach $1500 and the parent(s) are not seen to be making a concerted effort to clear the debt, the child/children may be requested to leave the School and the matter placed in the hands of our Solicitors to recover the outstanding fees including costs. The School reserves the right to refuse a student to begin a new term without first obtaining the written consent of the Principal of the School, unless the previous Term’s fees, levies and charges are paid in full, or a formal arrangement acceptable to the School has been made with the Principal.
Students may be invited to take part in Trips which are extra curricular in nature being both educational and recreational. For those students who wish to participate in these Trips, there is a significant financial cost to the families involved over and above their normal School Fees. In order for a student to be able to attend an extra curricular activity, their School account will need to be fully up to date or a suitable payment plan in place.
Family Concession
A reduction of 10% of the Tuition Fee is made for the second student member of the family attending the School, and 20% for each subsequent student of the family, attending the School in the same calendar year. The concession is system-generated in a chronological order using the children’s ages.
