Fee Schedule
Registration Fee
In order to register a student for enrolment an Application for Admission Form must be completed and a fee of $60 paid (including GST). This fee is not refundable and is designed to cover administration costs associated with enrolments and interviews. Please note that the payment of this fee does not guarantee enrolment.

Enrolment Fee
Confirmation of the enrolment is dependent upon an interview at a time and date to be nominated by the School, and upon the payment of an Enrolment Fee. Payment of the Enrolment Fee will secure your child’s place in the School.

It is important to note:
  1. An Enrolment Fee will be payable at the time a confirmed placement is offered. This Fee is non refundable and is not offset against the term's fees.

The Enrolment Fee for the first child is $600, plus $200 for the second child and $150 for third child enrolled from the same family to a maximum of $950.
  2. The Enrolment Fee is a commitment to the School that the student will take up the position offered in the Parent Agreement.
  3. If the student does not take up the offer, the Enrolment Fee will be forfeited.
School Building Fund
All families are required to contribute to the School Building Fund as a condition of entry. The non-voluntary contribution is $180 for the first child and $60 for each child from the same family enrolled thereafter. The Building Fund contribution is an annual contribution charged in First Term (in full). These contributions are non-refundable. Contributions above this amount are welcome and are tax deductible.

Notice of Withdrawal
The Principal must be given a full term’s notice in writing prior to the withdrawal of a student from the School. In default of such notice a quarter of the annual tuition fee will be charged in lieu of notice.

Payment of Accounts
Tuition fees and charges may be paid by cheque, Direct Debit, Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa card, or cash. Cheques should be made payable to Peter Moyes Anglican Community School. For your convenience EFTPOS facilities are available at the School. Payments may be made by mail, telephone or personally. (Payment must be received within 14 days of receipt of Statement)
Note: if a full year’s fee is paid within 14 days of the start of Term 1, a 3% discount will be given on the tuition costs.

Overdue Accounts & Penalties

If payment is not received within 14 days of the Statement date and/or alternative payment arrangements have not be made with the School, a late payment fee of $50 will be charged. A further $50 per month penalty fee will be billed to outstanding accounts on a monthly basis while the account remains in arrears unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Where no other arrangement has been entered into, if an account is $750 or more overdue, action will be put in place for immediate repayment. Should the account reach $1500 and the parent(s) are not seen to be making a concerted effort to clear the debt, the child/children may be requested to leave the School and the matter placed in the hands of our Solicitors and a summons issued to recover the outstanding fees as per our Debtors Policy. A student will not be permitted to commence a new Term without the consent in writing of the Principal of the School being first obtained, unless the previous Term's fees, levies and charges are paid in full, or a formal arrangement acceptable to the School has been made.

Students may be invited to take part in Trips which are extra curricular in nature being both educational and recreational. For those students who wish to participate in the Trips, there is a significant financial cost to the families involved over and above their normal school fees. In order for a student to be able to attend an extra curricular activity their school fee account will need to be fully up to date or a suitable payment plan in place.

Family Concession
A reduction of 10% of the Tuition Fee is made for the second student member of the family attending the School, and 20% for each subsequent student of the family. The concession is system-generated in a chronological order using the children’s ages.

Government Assistance
Additional Assistance and Clothing Allowance Scheme: The Education Department of WA funds a High School clothing allowance and an Additional Assistance Scheme for students in Years 8 onwards.
Parents who hold a Department of Social Security Pensioner Health Benefit and Concession Card, Health Benefits Card or Health Care Card, or Department of Veterans’ Affairs Pensioner Health Benefit Card, are eligible to apply.
Parents are invited to contact the Administration regarding the Additional Assistance and Clothing Allowance Scheme.

Cocurricular Activities

Some of these activities may involve a cost subject to parent and student choice. Details are advised on student choice forms twice per year.
