Following on from Kindy’s phase of learning “All about Me”, our Pre-Primary students move from focussing primarily on themselves and start to question the world around them. Our phase of learning is “Inquiring Minds”. We investigate, question and look beyond everything we do.
This term we have focused on gardening and how plants grow. The children have been investigating plants in all sorts of different ways. This student driven inquiry saw pupils studying seeds, parts of plants, garden designs, planting our own seeds and learning what is needed to keep these plants alive.
