The School aspires to excellence, enabling students to achieve their full potential and pursue their chosen pathway. We aim to be a School where all students become successful learners, confident and competent individuals, and active and informed citizens. We look to the future with hope and excitement.

We are always looking for ways to evolve in our thoughts, ideas and actions, and use a variety of strategic frameworks to assist us in our direction and to keep us focused on continuous improvement.

Strategic Plan

The School is proud to present our Strategic Plan for 2020-2024

The Strategic Plan is built on three Key Focus Areas. These Key Focus Areas represent the foundation for our work and priorities as an Anglican school.

  1. Passionate, Inspiring Teaching and Learning
  2. Being Compassionate, Courageous and Contributing
  3. Innovative Collaboration, Local, National and Global.

Below is a summary of our Strategic Plan. Click here to view the full version.

Reconciliation

Our School wishes to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land where our campus is located, the Wadjuk Noongar people. We pay respect to their Elders, past, present and emerging.

We encourage a school culture whereby students take on the shared responsibility of working towards a reconciled nation, to be active participants in standing up for what is right, and to treat all humans with kindness, compassion and respect.

As a School of the Anglican Schools Commission (ASC), we are committed to delivering the ASC's  Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

Sustainability

As a community, we recognise the importance of sustainable and environmentally conscious initiatives to ensure the future of our planet.

We are pleased to have implemented the following initiatives:

  • Mindarie Regional Council’s School Battery Recycling Program
  • WA Containers For Change
  • Solar panels on buildings
  • Timers on classroom lights and air conditioning units

It is our intention to grow these initiatives further in the future.
